AI is a powerful tool, and we treat it like one. These principles guide how we use it, on our own business and on yours. They’re informed by Australia’s AI Ethics Principles.
What guides us
01 People stay in charge. AI supports the work, people make the decisions. We review AI-assisted work before it’s delivered.
02 Your data, handled with care. We choose business-grade AI tools, use only the data a job needs, and only in ways we’ve agreed with you.
03 Secure by design. Security is part of every build from day one, with official integrations and sensible access controls.
04 Tested and checked. We test AI features before they go live and keep an eye on them once they do.
05 Honest and open. We’re clear about where AI is used in what we build, and we’ll tell you when AI isn’t the right answer.
06 Fair and responsible. We aim for AI that’s fair to the people it affects, and we take responsibility for what we deliver.
